Carol Miller is California born, a Mexican resident for over half a century, and an internationally recognized sculptress with a career spanning more than 40 years, including gallery shows, museums, Latin American art auctions, public sculpture. She has received international awards for her contribution to the arts, and is dubbed "The Renaissance Woman of Mexico", for she is also a writer, translator, author of 25 published books on art, archaeology, history, ancient cultures, many of which have inspired her supple, fluid bronzes , known for their stylized anatomy and rich movement, dark green patina and natural tenderness, as revealed in their faces: though devoid of features, they reflect intense expression.
She is married to art restorer and jewelry designer Tomás González and has two children.
